<br />For Sale Lots 13 through 19, Block 7 of Hectors Addition to the City of Fargo, <br />5711th Avenue North, Fargo ND (former Head Start building) <br /> <br />Sale to highest bidder for cash, 10% cash or bond due with bid and balance when closing on the <br />property. Bidder must assume approximately $4,000 in special assessments. Bidder must <br />assume the county's obligations in relation to HOME funding that creates a restrictive use <br />covenant on the property. The amount of the HOME grant is $85,183. The county will provide <br />an updated abstract for the property to the time of sale. The property will be sold "as is" <br />without any warranties as to condition of the building, adherence to building codes, adherence <br />to city zoning requirements, or applicability to any use the purchaser would plan for the building <br />or property and subject to easements and restrictions of record in the County Recorder's Office. <br />The building has not been tested for the presence of asbestos. The building at 57 11th Avenue <br />North is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. An open house of the property will be <br />held on Thursday, February 28, 2008, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.
