The revisions to the cur- <br />rent ordlnan,ce change the. system of classifying <br />road restrictIOns. The prevIous classifications for <br />Class A, Class 1, Cass, 2 and Class 3 roads will <br />chan()e to 8 ton, 7 ton, 6 ton or 5 ton roads re- <br />spectively. First reading of the ordinance was <br />held January 22, 2008. Second reading and <br />adop!ion is scheduled for February 19, 2008 at a <br />meeting of the Cass County Board of Commis- <br />sioners beginning at 3:30 PM in the Commission <br />Room, Cass County Courthouse in Fargo North <br />Dakota.
