<br />GFMEDC Sales Tax Committee-February 8, 2008 2 <br /> <br />Mr. Montplaisir asked the committee to review the proposed ballot language <br />and Mr. Burdick offered some re-wording pertaining to debt obligations. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner asked the committee for approval of the resolution with the <br />changes suggested today. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Walters moved and Mr. Montplaisir seconded to approve the <br />resolution and forward the document to the Cass County <br />Commission. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner said approval of the resolution by the county commission is contingent on <br />receiving letters of support from the GFMEDC executive committee and GIF board. <br /> <br />3.
