Procedure for applicant appeals of discrimination in <br />employment to aQency appointinQ authority. <br /> <br />~ An applicant who has completed a timelv and properlv completed <br />application for a position within an aQencv and who alleQes discrimination <br />in emplovment shall file a written appeal to the aQencv appointinQ <br />authority. The letter of appeal must specify what alleQed discriminatory <br />action aQainst the applicant was taken bv the aQencv. The appeal <br />information must be delivered. mailed. or transmitted bv facsimile and <br />must be received in the office of the aqencv appointinQ authority bv five <br />p.m. within fifteen workinQ days of the alleQed discriminatory action. <br /> <br />2. The aQencv appointinQ authority has fifteen workinQ days from the receipt <br />of the appeal to review the appeal and provide a written response to the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />3.
