The amount of an <br />deductible or self-retentions subject to approval by the State, <br />2) This insurance may be in policy or policies of insurance, primary and exce1, <br />including the so-called umbrella or catastrophe form and must be placed wi h <br />insurers rated "A-" or better by A,M. Best Company, Inc., provided any <br />excess policy follows form for coverage.
