We would also include a fax option on the copier to replace our aging fax machine. Our current copier is a 45 page per minute copier and we are replacing it with a 62 page per minute copier due to the large volume of pages we need to print for poll books and tax statements in a short period of time. The purchase price of the copier with the large capacity paper trays and fax module is $14,602 which is $2,602 than we budgeted for the replacement. However, the maintenance on the new copier is much less; $.0050 per copy vs. the $.0135 - will make up the difference in the added cost of the copier.
