Amendment. <br /> <br />Subsection A of Section 1-0305 of Article 1-03 of Chapter 1 of the Fargo Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1-0305. Classification of ordinance violations.-- <br />A. Violations of the following ordinances are Class B misdemeanors, subject to <br />punishment as hereinabove provided: <br />1.
