NORTH DAKOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />from the date on which this ordinance shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling <br />within the limits of the city. <br /> <br />25-3617. Violations and penalty.--Every person, finn. or corporation violating the <br />provisions 'of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a class B misdemeanor, and <br />shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or by <br />both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> <br />Section 2. Penalty. <br /> <br />Every person, firm or corporation violating an ordinance which is punishable as a Class B <br />misdemeanor shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000.00. or by imprisonment not to <br />exceed 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court; the court to <br />have power to suspend said sentence and to revoke the suspension thereof. <br /> <br />Section 3.
