The plat is located in <br />Gardner Township, Section 14. The intended use of the subdivision is to <br />create one lot, for residential development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. Gardner Township has indicated the plat has met their zoning <br />requirement.
