<br />Document Preservation Fund: Expenditure Budget <br /> <br />$10,000 <br /> <br />The revenue from this fund is derived from a fee in the County Recorder's Office. Part of the adjustment is <br />due to the increased documents being recorded, for 2007 $1.50 of every $3 collected is remitted to NDRIN - <br />since fees are up, the amount remitted to NDRIN is also up. Additional expense was incurred in converting <br />microfilm to images and for the program to research and view imaged documents. The fund has adequate <br />cash reserves of $83,000. <br /> <br />Jail Commissary Fund: Expenditure Budgets <br /> <br />$32,500 <br /> <br />The Cass County Jail operates a commissary fund for the benefit of the inmates and the amount expended is <br />dependent on the ability of inmates to purchase commissary items.
