PAGE 7 XXV. INTEGRATION AND MODIFICATION: This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Provider and the CCSSB. No alteration, amendment or modification in the provisions of this agreement shall be effective unless it is reduced to writing, signed by the parties and attached hereto. XXVI. COLLATERAL CONTRACTS: Where there exists any inconsistency between this agreement and other provisions of collateral contractual agreements which are made a part of this agreement by reference or otherwise, the provisions of this agreement shall control. XXVII. NON-DISCRIMINATION: The CCSSB makes available all services and assistance without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, or handicap, and is subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1975 as amended. Persons who contract with or receive funds to provide services for CCSSB are obligated to abide by the provisions of these federal laws.
