<br />B. Written personnel policies, job descriptions, and a wage <br />scale established for each job category. <br />Standard VI. There shall be training provided to every homemaker-Personal Care aide <br />for all services to be performed. <br /> <br />SERVICE: <br /> <br />Standard VII. There shall be written eligibility criteria for service and procedures for <br />referral to other resources. <br />Standard VIII. There shall be two essential components of the service provided to every <br />individual and/or family served: <br />A. Service of a supervised homemaker-personal care aide; <br />B. Service of professional persons responsible for case <br />management functions. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY: <br /> <br />Standard IX. <br /> <br />There shall be an active role assumed by the service in an ongoing <br />assessment of community health and welfare needs and in planning to <br />meet these needs. <br />There shall be ongoing interpretation of the service to the community. <br />There shall be evaluation of all aspects of the service. <br /> <br />Standard X. <br />Standard XI. <br /> <br />These standards were set by the National Home Caring Council, Copyright 1981. <br /> <br />1. The provider assures that the Personal Care Aide has not been convicted of a criminal <br />offense in the past five years and/or not currently on probation or parole. <br />
