He said electronic poll books will be used for the first time and if they work well, may be used at all precincts in the future. He discussed the use of vote centers, which may be considered for the 2010 elections. Mr. Wagner said numerous changes have been made to the election process over the last few years and believes vote centers, if used in the future, will provide a greater convenience for voters. MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to change the precinct boundaries for Legislative Districts 11, 13, 21, 27, 41, 44, 45 and 46, as outlined by the county auditor. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 8. VOUCHERS, Approved MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to approve Voucher No. 222,394 through Voucher No. 222,674. JOINT DISPATCH CENTER; DISTRICT COURT JUDGE PICTURES; JAIL ADDITION; FAIR UPDATE; HEAD START BUILDING UPDATE, Committee reports Mrs. Johnson attended a joint dispatch meeting today to discuss the merger with the City of West Fargo. The recommendations approved today will be forwarded to the finance committee. Mrs. Johnson said photos of eleven previous district court judges have been framed and will be hung in the hallway on the 2nd floor of the Courthouse. Mrs. Johnson said every item on the task list was completed for the jail addition and the building was turned over to the sheriff and jail administrator last Friday, November 30th, Mr. Wagner requested a representative from the Red River Valley Fair Board attend the next commission meeting to provide on update on their long-term goals. Mr. Montplaisir said the former Head Start building has been shown to the Fargo Youth Commission and the Fargo Housing Authority. He said after discussions with area realtors about selling the property, they recommend the county accept bids. 10.
