RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ALLOWING C~a, tMS & ORD&~JNG PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County. Auditor, Michael Mon~tsisir, has audited and the <br />departments'have approved the foilowing claims against the County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such claims are propedy payable by the said County, and that the said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the'County of Cass; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, 5e it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, ~,hat the following bills and claims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the following funds; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from the respective funds <br />as herein indicated, and that the County Auditor be, and he hereby is., authorized to <br />execute and deti-ver such warrants. <br /> <br /> The above and foregoing resolution was offered at a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />f//'cb,¢~. ~ , and adopted by the following rot. e: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was duty declared adopted. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />County Auditor <br /> <br /> <br />
