It is my understanding that only Dennis D, Richman is purchasing the land north of the Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railroad tracks. Accordingly, I am enclosing a revised Quit Claim Deed and ask that the County execute the enclosed substitute deed rather ~han the deed conveying the abandoned highway right-of-way to both Dennis and Lorene Richman which was submitted to you on December 15. Richman instead of Dennis and Lorene Richman, in accordance with a letter dated January 12, 2004 from Craig E. Johnson with the law firm of Johnson, Ramstad & Mottinger.
