North Dakota Department of Transportation <br /> AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT No. 09-935-1203 <br /> <br />Project No. PHSP4100403-01-06 and PHSP4100404-01-02 <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT to the above-referenced contract is entered into by and between <br />the State of North Dakota, acting through its Director of Transportation, hereinafter <br />known as NDDOT, whose address is 608 East Boulevard Avenue, Bismarck, North <br />Dakota 58505-0700, and Cass County Shedff's Department, hereinafter known as the <br />Contractor, whose address is PO Box 488, Fargo, North Dakota 58107-0488. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into a contract on December 19, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are additional funds available for training activity related to alcohol <br />enforcement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor has requested additional funding to attend the 2004 <br />Lifesavers Conference; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Contractor and NDDOT agree that this contract will be <br />increased $1,500 to cover registration and other travel expenses.
