<br />NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION <br />OF ASSESSMENT LIST <br />IN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2007-1 <br />OF THE COUNTY OF CASS, NORTH DAKOTA <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Special Assessment Commission <br /> <br />of the County of Cass has confirmed the Special Assessment List fer <br /> <br />Street Improvement District No. 2007-1 of the County; <br /> <br />Notice is further given that said confirmed list has been <br /> <br />filed with the County Auditor, is open for public inspection and <br /> <br />the County Commission will conduct a public hearing on said list at <br /> <br />3:30 p.m. on the 19th day of November, 2007, at the County <br /> <br />Commission Room in the Cass County Courthouse in the City of Fargo <br /> <br />to act upon said list; <br /> <br />Notice is further given that any person aggrieved may appeal <br /> <br />from the action of the Special Assessment Commission by fl.1 in9 vdtl, <br /> <br />the County Auditor prior to the hearing a written notice of appeal <br /> <br />stating thereon the grounds upon which the appeal is based.
