The 2006 ND State Legislature allowed the addition of three non-contiguous <br />blocks to be added to any existing zone in the State of ND. <br /> <br />The Renaissance Zone Authority sent out letters to all property owners within the proposed blocks and held a public <br />hearing to determine if addition of the blocks was feasible. It was determined that the following three blocks should be <br />added to the zone; <br />1. South side of Main Avenue from 1 ih Street E. to 1 ih Street E. <br />2. South side of Main Avenue from 1 ih Street E. to 45th Street E <br />3. West side of Center Street from 8th Avenue NW to 1 ih Avenue NW <br /> <br />To complete our request to the State of North Dakota, we need to have letters of support from both Cass County and the <br />West Fargo Public School district.
