These changes resulted in the decision to <br />terminate the existing Geographic Systems Agreement between Cass County and <br />The City of Fargo. <br /> <br />We now have enough staff in house to perform the tasks that the City of Fargo <br />currently performs. The differences in technology between Fargo and Cass are <br />so great that they are causing redundancy in data maintenance and are <br />introducing errors to the database. <br /> <br />This issue has been discussed with the City of Fargo and it has been mutually <br />agreed that the contract will terminate as of December 31} 2007. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the chair to sign the letter to terminate the Geographic <br />Systems Agreement between Cass County Government and the City of Fargo as <br />of December 31} 2007. <br /> <br />Kay Anderson <br />GIS Coordinator <br />
