Since the time you approved <br />the original list of properties and set the hearing date an additional property has <br />been forfeited for non-payment of taxes. The city in which this property is located <br />has been notified of this additional property and the minimum sales price placed on <br />the property. <br /> <br />The 2002 taxes on parcel were paid on October 1, 2007 with an insufficient funds <br />check, so in effect the 2002 taxes were not paid in full on or before October 1,2007. <br />The former owner has been advised of their rights to repurchase the property before <br />the sale date. <br /> <br />The additional property is: <br /> <br />Parcel #02-0050-00580-000 <br />Legal: Lot 5 Block 5 in the Chateau Cheyenne Subdivision to the City of West Fargo, <br />Cass County, North Dakota <br /> <br />The Property consists of a single family home and lot. The property has an appraised <br />value by the City of West Fargo of $63,600 and consists of a single wide mobile home <br />on a basement with an attached double garage. The property is in generally good <br />shape. The property has total taxes, special assessments, penalty, interest, and costs <br />against it of approximately $9,000 at this time, with the 2007 taxes that total climbs <br />to $10,700.
