Since the time you approved the original list of properties and set the hearing date an additional property has been forfeited for non-payment of taxes. The city in which this property is located has been notified of this additional property and the minimum sales price placed on the property. The 2002 taxes on parcel were paid on October 1, 2007 with an insufficient funds check, so in effect the 2002 taxes were not paid in full on or before October 1,2007. The former owner has been advised of their rights to repurchase the property before the sale date. The additional property is: Parcel #02-0050-00580-000 Legal: Lot 5 Block 5 in the Chateau Cheyenne Subdivision to the City of West Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota The Property consists of a single family home and lot. The property has an appraised value by the City of West Fargo of $63,600 and consists of a single wide mobile home on a basement with an attached double garage. The property is in generally good shape. The property has total taxes, special assessments, penalty, interest, and costs against it of approximately $9,000 at this time, with the 2007 taxes that total climbs to $10,700.
