CONSUMER INCUMBENT CANDIDATES: Consumer Seat #1 (3-year term): Roger A. Kenner Roger Kenner, Leeds, owns and operates Kenner Seed and Simmental Ranch of Leeds. He also is director of the Dakota Growers Pasta Company board and serves as chairman of the board of Golden Plains Frozen Foods and the National Simmental Association. Kenner earned his bachelor's degree at North Dakota State University, Fargo. He has served as a consumer member on the Noridian Board of Directors since 200 I. Consumer Seat #2 (3-year term): Robert L. Lamp Robert Lamp. Fargo, is president of Association Services, Inc., Fargo, and he is president and chief executive officer of two trade associations, the Automobile Dealers Association of North Dakota and the North Dakota Implement Dealers Association. Lamp earned his bachelor's degree at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and his master's degree at North Dakota State University, Fargo. He has served as a consumer member on the Noridian Board of Directors since 200 I. PROVIDER INCUMBENT CANDIDATES: Provider Seat #1 (3-year term): Gary P. Miller Gary Miller, Bismarck, is senior vice president and chief financial officer at St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck. He also serves on the board of directors for Northland Healthcare Alliance, the Health Insurance Facilities Exchange, Bismarck YMCA and several others. Miller earned his bachelor's degrees at Minnesota State University Moorhead. He also is a certified public accountant. He has served as a provider member on the Noridian Board of Directors since 2004. Provider Seat #2 (3-year term): Robert E. Grossman, M.D. Dr. Robert Grossman, Hettinger, has been a private practice physician with West River Health Services, Hettinger, for 30 years. He also works as clinical assistant professor for the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in Grand Forks. Grossman earned his bachelor's degrees at UND, and his doctorate in medicine at the University of Colorado, Denver. He has served as a provider member on the Noridian Board of Directors since 1997.
