ITY Board of City Commissioners Re.qular Meetin.q: Monday: November 10, 2003: The Regular Meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Fargo, North Dakota, was held in the City Commissioners' Room at the City Hall at 5:00 o'clock p.m., Monday, November 10, 2003. The Commissioners present or absent were as shown following: Present: Cosgriff, Lane, Lynch, Rayl, Furness. Absent: None. Mayor Furness presiding. Denial Recommended on Application Filed by Wayne and Virqinia Miller to Lower the 2003 Assessment Valuation on the Property at 498 25th Street South: Commissioner Lane moved, based upon Mr. Hushka's recommendation, that application #4239 filed by Wayne and Virginia Miller to lower the 2003 assessment valuation on the property at 498 25th Street South be denied, and that the City Auditor's Office be directed to certify this action on the part of the Board to the County Auditor of Cass County, North Dakota. · Second by Lynch. On call of the roll Commissioners Lane, Lynch, Rayl, Cosgriff and Furness voted aye. No Commissioner being absent and none voting nay, the motion was declared carried.
