With implementation <br />of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), Cass County is studying ways to <br />consolidate voting precincts. <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners will consider precinct changes at the <br />regular meeting to be held January 5, 2004, beginning at 3:30 PM.
