Road nexis to be built 6" abo~e tho BFI~ height. <br /> 4, Drainage is to be a ~plxov~ by SE Cass Water Distri~ <br /> 5. Township w/Il not assume maintan~e of road at tlgs time ofdawlopmcnt, <br /> 6.
