The <br />Board discussed the possibility of combining assessment districts in more detail, including <br />discussion on hosting a future public meeting on the matter. The Board directed Moore <br />Engineering, Inc. to prepare information on a potential combined assessment district of <br />Drain #13 and legal assessment drains in North Cass and Rush River Water Resource <br />Districts that outlet into Drain #13, to a future meting for continued discussion on the <br />matter. <br /> <br />Kurt Lysne stated a reassessment of benefits of Drain #13 must occur in the near future <br />as the drain is impacted by the Metro Flood Diversion Project. Moore Engineering, Inc. <br />will prepare more information on the future reassessment of Drain #13 for the Board to <br />review at a future meeting. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the North Cass and Rush River Joint Water Resource District is <br />scheduled for May 28, 2024, to further discuss the potential combination of Drain #13 with <br />legal assessment drains that outlet into Drain #13. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further business to be considered by the Board, Manager Hejl motioned, <br />and Manager Sundberg seconded to adjourn the meeting.
