MUNICIPAL <br />GOVERNMENT <br />CHAPTER 40-63. <br />RENAISSANCE ZONES <br /> <br />Any incorporated city may apply to the <br />department of commerce division of community <br />services to designate a portion of the city as a <br />renaissance zone. Any individual, partnership, <br />limited partnership, limited liability company, <br />trust, or corporation may apply for a tax credit or <br />exemption under sections 40-63-04 through <br />40-63-07.
