7 <br /> <br />Cass County Joint Water Resource District report <br />Manager Gust reported on the closure of Cass County Highway 81 near Harwood, North <br />Dakota, regarding the Metro Flood Diversion Project. The Board discussed the <br />importance of Cass County Highway 81 for agricultural transportation. Mr. Soucy noted <br />Cass County Highway 31 is an alternate route that could be used. He also said Cass <br />County is urging the P3 developer for the Diversion Channel and Associated <br />Infrastructure of the Metro Flood Diversion Project to shorten the time Cass County <br />Highway 81 will be closed. The Cass County Joint Water Resource District will continue <br />to discuss the matter with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority. <br /> <br />Mr. Lysne noted plans are currently being reviewed regarding Rush River inlets to the <br />Diversion Channel of the Metro Flood Diversion Project. <br /> <br />Red River Joint Water Resource District report <br />The next Red River Joint Water Resource District Full Board meeting will be held June <br />14, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Bills <br />It was moved by Manager Gust and seconded by Manager Sundberg to approve the wire <br />transfers and the electronic funds transfers, as presented. Upon roll call vote, the <br />following Managers voted in favor: Sundberg and Gust. Chairman Hejl was absent.
