If the county allows the activity we feel the exclusion applies. <br /> <br />For the county's protection I suggest at a minimum Cass County be named as an additional insured for any <br />liability it may incur on Fargo Jet Center's premises and aviation liability policies. Make sure both policies would <br />provide coverage for injury or damage caused by the use of the county's premises as an airstrip. The county <br />should also be held harmless and indemnified by the Jet Center for any liability it incurred. The Jet Center <br />should waive any subrogation rights it may have against the county for damage to the aircraft or injury to the <br />pilot. The pilot should also hold the county harmless and waive any subrogation rights he or she may have <br />against the county. The required limit of liability should be a minimum of $1,000,000. <br /> <br />The States Attorney for Cass County should be involved in the contract language drafting process. <br /> <br />We should find out if any other entities covered by NOIRF are involved in West Fest activities.
