<br />RESOLUTION <br />CASS COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA <br /> <br />CASS COUNTY MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL, MULTI-HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN <br /> <br />By virtue of the authority vested in the Cass County Commission, we do hereby order that the <br />revised Cass County Multi-Jurisdictional, Multi-Hazard Plan be adopted as part of its long term <br />recovery strategy which promotes pre and post disaster mitigation measures (e.g. Rural Fire, <br />Drought, Mass Casualty Incident, Hazardous Materials Incident, National Security Emergency, <br />Terrorism/Civil Disorder, and Shortage of Critical Materials).
