If you are not aware of the specific <br />requirements for your award, please contact your NDDOT Program Manager. <br /> <br />Project No. RPS-9-999(216) Cass County <br /> <br />Description: Installation of a New Automatic Electronic Grade Crosslng <br />Signal System at DOT 071120K . <br /> <br />The state of North Dakota, acting by and through its Director of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as <br />NDDOT, whose address is 608 East Boulevard Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota 58505~0700, and <br />Cass County, North Dakota, hereinafter referred to as the County, hereby agree that: . <br /> <br />1. The BNSF Railway Company will install a new automatic electronic grade crossing signal system at <br />crossing DOT 071 120K on Cass County Road 23, west of Casselton. This project is part of the. <br />2007 Signal Program. <br /> <br />2. The estimated project cost is $347,227.00. This amount will be funded ninety percent (90%) with federal <br />aid and ten percent (1 Oo/~) with Cass County funds. <br /> <br />3. NDDOT will take all steps necessary toward securing cooperation with the United States Government <br />through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) in order to obtain federal funds for the project <br />construction, to the extent provided in Title 23 of the United States Code (90% federal funds), as amended <br />and supplemented. <br /> <br />4.
