<br />22 <br /> Version Oct 13, 2022 <br />Section 6.31 DISSOLUTION OF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE. In the event that <br />the RRRDC Authority Board determines by an affirmative vote of a majority of all RRRDC <br />Authority Board Members that the Radio Communications Committee is no longer needed, <br />the RRRDC Authority Board may dissolve the Radio Communications Committee. <br /> <br />Section 6.32 MEMBER ENTITY STAFF. Member Entities may provide support staff and <br />services for the Radio Communications Committee. <br />Section 6.33 PERSONNEL COMMITTEE. There is hereby created and continued a <br />Personnel Committee of the Red River Regional Dispatch Center Authority with the powers <br />and duties set forth in this Article. <br /> <br />Section 6.34 PERSONNEL COMMITTEE JURISDICTION. The Personnel Committee is <br />responsible for making recommendations to the RRRDC Executive Committee regarding <br />personnel matters, including personnel policies and procedures, related to the Dispatch Center <br />and for performing any other activities, decisions, tasks, including quasi-judicial functions, or any <br />other matters delegated to it by the RRRDC Executive Committee or the RRRDC Authority <br />Board. <br /> <br />Section 6.35 PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP. The Personnel Committee shall <br />consist of ten committee members, each of which shall first be nominated as follows and then <br />approved by the RRRDC Executive Committee: <br />(a) Two persons nominated by the two Cass County members of the RRRDC <br />Executive Committee, one of which is the Cass County Human Resources <br />Director or a member of the Human Resources Director’s office and the other being <br />a Cass County Sheriff representative; <br />(b) Two persons nominated by the two City of Fargo members of the RRRDC <br />Executive Committee, one of which is the Fargo Human Resources Director or a <br />member of the Human Resources Director’s office and the other being either the <br />Fargo Police Chief or the Fargo Fire Chief; <br />(c) Two persons nominated by the two City of Moorhead members of the RRRDC <br />Executive Committee, one of which is the Moorhead Human Resources Director <br />or a member of the Human Resources Director’s office and the other being either <br />the Moorhead Police Chief or the Moorhead Fire Chief; <br />(d) Two persons nominated by the two Clay County members of the RRRDC <br />Executive Committee, one of which is the Clay County Human Resources <br />Director or a member of the Human Resources Director’s office and the other being <br />a Clay County Sheriff representative; and, <br />(e) Two persons nominated by the two City of West Fargo members of the RRRDC <br />Executive Committee, one of which is the West Fargo Human Resources Director
