<br />20 <br /> Version Oct 13, 2022 <br />Section 6.19 RESERVED <br /> <br />Section 6.20 Dissolution of Law Enforcement Operations Committee. In the event that <br />the RRRDC Authority Board determines by an affirmative vote of a majority of all RRRDC <br />Authority Board Members that the Law Enforcement Operations Committee is no longer <br />needed, the RRRDC Authority Board may dissolve the Law Enforcement Operations <br />Committee. <br />Section 6.21 FIRE/EMS OPERATIONS COMMITTEE. There is hereby created and <br />continued a Fire/EMS Operations Committee of the Red River Regional Dispatch Center <br />Authority with the powers and duties set forth in this Article. <br />Section 6.22 FIRE/EMS OPERATIONS COMMITTEE JURISDICTION. The Fire/EMS <br />Operations Committee is responsible for making recommendations to the RRRDC Executive <br />Committee regarding policies and procedures related to Fire/EMS operations matters related to <br />the Dispatch Center and for performing any other activities, decisions, tasks, including quasi- <br />judicial functions, or any other matters delegated to it by the RRRDC Executive Committee or <br />the RRRDC Authority Board. <br />Section 6.23 FIRE/EMS OPERATIONS COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP. The Fire/EMS <br />Operations Committee shall consist of ten committee members, each of which shall first be <br />nominated as follows and then approved by the RRRDC Executive Committee: <br />(a) Two persons nominated by the two Cass County members of the RRRDC <br />Executive Committee; <br />(b) Two persons nominated by the two City of Fargo members of the RRRDC <br />Executive Committee; <br />(c) Two persons nominated by the two City of Moorhead members of the RRRDC <br />Executive Committee; <br />(d) Two persons nominated by the two Clay County members of the RRRDC <br />Executive Committee; and, <br />(e) Two persons nominated by the two City of West Fargo members of the RRRDC <br />Executive Committee. <br /> <br />A representative of Sanford Ambulance representative proposed by Sanford Ambulance and <br />approved by the RRRDC Executive Committee, who shall be a non-voting member of the <br />committee. <br /> <br />Section 6.24 FIRE/EMS OPERATIONS COMMITTEE CHAIR. The Fire/EMS Operations <br />Committee shall select a chair by majority vote of its members. <br />
