The attached contract is a result of those discussions and I would recommend that Cass <br />County enter into a contract with Clay County. A copy of the contract has been forwarded <br />to the States Attorney. <br /> <br />I would suggest the following proposed motion. <br /> <br />Move to authorize the Chair to sign the contract with Clay County for the housing of <br />Clay County Inmates within the Cass County Jail. <br /> <br />Should you have any questions, please contact me or Major Glenn Ellingsberg. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />Paul D.
