The pl,lt is located in <br />Warren Township, Section 5. The plat is approximately 2.044 acres to plat <br />(br resid~lltial development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. Warren Township has indicated the plat has met their ~oning <br />requirement.
