The project was <br />completed this month '.Mth expenses paid from the Courthouse General <br />Maintenance Fund. The state has sent a reimbursement check and a budget <br />adjustment is needed. <br /> <br />The attached letter shows the list of expenses paid by Cass County Government. <br />The state did not reimburse the county for our own employee labor costs. The <br />check received by the auditor is $60,846.05. <br /> <br />I would recommend the following motion: <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to amend District Court Grant Revenue Fund 101-1001-335.55-05 and the <br />Courthouse General Maintenance Expenditure Fund 101-1503-411.47-01 in the <br />amount of $60,846.05. This is for the 2007 fiscal year for the purpose of <br />remodeling District Court spaces. <br />
