May 19, 2022 <br />26 <br /> <br />3. Acquire land for the purpose of public parks. <br />4. Acquire land for the purpose of a drainage easement or stormwater management facility. <br /> <br />(c) A division of land into lots, tracts, or parcels of ten acres or more in size for the purpose <br />of agricultural use with no anticipation of dwelling unit construction and does not involve <br />any new streets, easements, or accesses other than field accesses. <br />(d) A division of land into cemetery plots. <br />(e) The combination or recombination of portions of previously subdivided and recorded lots <br />if the number of lots is not increased. <br />(f) A division of land involving a sale or transfer to an abutting property owner for the <br />purpose of agricultural use. <br />(g) A division of one parcel of land for the purpose of a mortgage of the agricultural <br />operator’s residence meeting the following criteria: <br />1. The site of the operator’s residence must be within a farmstead which was developed prior <br />to March 6, 2006. <br />2. The new parcel must be less than 10 acres in size. <br />3. All future divisions of either the parent parcel or the new parcel shall be reviewed as <br />subdivisions and subject to all requirements of this Ordinance pertaining to subdivision of <br />land. <br />
