<br />Commissioner <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING ENGINEER TO PREPARE REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioncrs of the County of Cass, <br />deeming it necessary to make certain improvements consisting of asphalt surfacing of streets and <br />all other appurtenances, contrivances and structures used or useful in connection with the above <br />specified improvements, be constructcd and made in Street Improvemcnt District No. 2007-1 of <br />the County of Cass, the County hereby directs Nicolas Pribula and Roger Hagen, the Engineers <br />for the project and being competent cngineers, to prepare a report as to the general nature, <br />purpose and feasibility of the proposed improvement and an estimate of the probable cost of the <br />work. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Chairman of Board of County <br />Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />County Auditor <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br /> <br />On roll call vote, the following commissioners voted aye: <br /> <br />The following commissioners voted nay: <br /> <br />The following commissioners were absent and not voting: <br /> <br />The majority having voted aye, the motion carried and the resolution was duly adopted. <br />
