ARTICLE 11 GENERAL SECTION 11.01. NOTICES. All notices, certificates or other communications hereunder shall be sufficiently given and shall be deemed given when mailed by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, or sent by overnight courier with proper addresses as indicated below. The Issuer, the Corporation, the Underwriter and the Trustee may, by written notice given by each to the others, designate any address or addresses to which notices certificates or other communications to them shall be sent when required as contemplated by this Loan Agreement. BINDING EFFECT. This Loan Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the Issuer and the Corporation and their respective successors and assigns. SECTION 11.03. SEVERABILITY. In the event any provision of this Loan Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision thereof.
