SECTION 1.02. EXHIBITS. The following Exhibits are attached to and by reference made a part ofthis Loan Agreement: (a) Exhibit A: a legal description of the Land. (b) Exhibit B: Certificate of Requisition. SECTION 1.03. RULES OF INTERPRETATION. (a) This Loan Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State. (b) The words "herein," "hereof' and "hereunder" and words of similar import, without reference to any particular section or subdivision, refer to this Loan Agreement as a whole rather than to any particular section or subsection hereof. ( c) "This Loan Agreement" means this instrument as originally executed and as it may from time to time be supplemented or amended pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof. (d) All references in this instrument to be designated "Articles," "Sections" and other subdivisions are to the designated Articles, Sections and other subdivisions of this instrument as originally executed. ( e) The terms defined in this Article have the meanings assigned to them in this Article and include the plural as well as the singular. The terms defined elsewhere in this Loan Agreement shall have the meanings therein prescribed for them. (j) All accounting terms not otherwise defmed herein have the meanings assigned to them in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. (g) Any terms not defined herein but defined in the Indenture shall have the meanings herein that they have in the Indenture. (h ) Words of the masculine gender shall be deemed and construed to include correlative words of the feminine and neuter gender. 1-6
