4. Property. In the event property is to be acquired, the parties agree to execute an <br /> <br />amendment to this Joint Powers Agreement to provide for ownership, disposition, and the return <br />of any surplus monies in the event of rescission or termination. <br /> <br /> 5. Duration and Termination. This Joint Powers Agreement shall remain in full <br /> <br />force and effect for an indefinite term.
