ND DES contacted me today and <br />informed me that a resolution of commitment for the match and a signed letter of <br />commitment must be included in the request to FEMA. The match is in-kind, through the <br />designation of office space. I request that the Cass County Commission comply with the <br />request. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Dave Rogness <br /> <br />Suggested Motion: <br />I resolve that Cass County make a commitment to the local match of $3,625 for the <br />"North Dakota Be Prepared Calendar Hazard Mitigation Program" project and direct <br />the commission chairman to sign a letter indicating that commitment. <br />
