This was a follow up to a request made in November of <br />2005. These were both denied. I am not sure if you were able to be on the 3rd floor on <br />April 10th when we were trying to pick a jury for a murder case but 53 jurors were mixed <br />in with witness and attorneys all in a small hallway. <br /> <br />The court is in vital need of a jury assembly room so we are now asking if we would be <br />able to use the Commission Room on Tuesday mornings for this purpose, or the storage <br />room on the 2nd floor would also be acceptable. This would be for a temporary basis <br />until any addition which includes a jury assembly room is finalized. <br /> <br />Please bring this matter to the Commission and if they wish to ask me any questions, I <br />would be more than happy to meet and answer them. <br /> <br />Thank you. <br /> <br /> <br />od Olson <br />Unit II Court Administrator <br />
