ARTICLE 14 Miscellaneous 14.1 Notices Notices and other communications under or in relation to this Agreement shall be in writing and deemed effective when: (a) personally served upon an officer or director of the addressee; or (b) delivered, transmitted by facsimile transmission (fax) or sent by certified mail, to the addressee as follows: (i) to the Company: Wenck Associates, mc, 1111 Westrac Drive, Suite 205 Fargo, ND 58103 (ii) Fargo/Cass/West Fargo Director of Public Health Fargo/Cass/W est Fargo Public Health 401 Third Avenue North Fargo, ND 58102-4839 701-241-1360 AND Fire Chief 637 NP Avenue Fargo, ND 58102 701-241-1540 Notices personally serviced, delivered or faxed shall be deemed to have been given to the addressee on the business day following service, delivery or confirmed transmission. Mailed notices shall be deemed to have been given to the addressee on the seventh business day from the date of mailing, but if the mail service is interrupted during such period due to strike, lockout or other cause, the notice must be given again by personal service, delivery or facsimile.
