If a city provides an <br />17 emergency management organization of its own. the city and county shall <br />18 coordinate the city and county emergency plans. <br />19 * 4. The mayor of or the president of the board of city commissioners in a city 9f with <br />20 an emerQencv management organization and the chairman of the board of county <br />21 commissioners shall notify the division of homeland security of the manner in <br />22 which the city 9f and the county ie are providing or securing emergency <br />23 management activities, identify t"'e ~eF98A each individual who will coordinate the <br />24 activities of the local emergency management organization, and furnish additional <br />25 information relating thereto as the division requires. <br />26 SECTION 6. AMENDMENT. Subsections 1 and 2 of section 37-17.1-07.1 of the North <br />27 Dakota Century Code are amended and reenacted as follows: <br />28 1. Program components. <br />29 a.
