Section 6 of the bill requires that each county Local <br />Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) be appointed by the board of county <br />commissioners. <br /> <br />Attached is the current list of the Cass County Emergency Planning Committee. <br />This advisory and planning committee works with Cass Fargo Emergency <br />Management to coordinate the development of local emergency plans, response <br />activities, and is involved in the Homeland Security Grant review process. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Dave Rogness <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move to appoint the listed group of residents as the <br />Local Emergency Planning Committee for Cass County. <br />
