We are confident that we can be the strategic partner you need to provide an <br />effective Masterplan that will be delivered to the County Board and county residents in the most convenient, efficient, <br />and cost-conscious manner. <br />Since its founding in 1977, Klein McCarthy Architects has maintained a special focus on government and judicial <br />facilities planning and design. Our team has a proven track <br />record of assisting North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota counties in providing jail, law enforcement and courts <br />facilities which meet the needs of users while respecting and adhering to budgetary goals. <br />Klein McCarthy Architects (KMA) has past working experience with the County jail. That experience includes the <br />Jail Booking Study completed in 2018, the Jail Emergency Housing study completed in 2020, and the current Jail <br />Booking expansion and remodeling project. <br />Our Team consists of national consultant Bill Garnos for the inmate population projections and Construction Engineers <br />Inc. a local Construction Management firm to provide the cost estimating. <br />0.
