According to the applicant, the subdivision is requested to separate <br />the existing house and church from the farmland. The house is the parsonage for the church. The parsonage was <br />built in 1975 and the church was built in 1967. <br /> <br />The proposed ownership and maintenance responsibility of the subdivision will be private.
