Article V <br />1. Revised language of Section 5.03 MINOR SUBDIVISION PROCEDURES FOR PLAT REVIEW so that <br />any written recommendation from the township in which the plat is being proposed allows final <br />action by the Board of County Commissioners. This is a matter for review by the States Attorney <br />office. <br />2. Revised language of Section 5.04 MINOR SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS so that <br />access easements from a permitted access point across a lot to provide access to additional lots <br />or parcels is allowed. <br />3. Revised language of Section 5.04 MINOR SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS to specify <br />that lot grading plans must meet the requirements of the County Engineer. <br />4. Lot density restrictions are inserted into Section 5.04 MINOR SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT <br />STANDARDS <br />5. Lot density is reworded to say no subdivision of land shall exceed one buildable lot per quarter <br />quarter or government lot <br />6. Vegetative buffer zones are added to Section 5.04 MINOR SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT <br />STANDARDS <br />7. Watercourse setbacks are added to Section 5.04 MINOR SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT <br />STANDARDS <br />8. Erosion and sedimentation requirements are added to Section 5.04 MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
