According to the applicant, the subdivision is requested to replat lots 11 <br />and 12 to allow for sale of buildings and respective lots. <br /> <br />The proposed ownership and maintenance responsibility of the subdivision will be public. The subdivision will <br />use 1st Avenue for road access, ditches for storm sewer conveyance and rural water. <br /> <br />Agency Comments <br />County Engineer <br />No concern with replat of existing two lots into two new lots.
