<br />Progress Payments <br />SRF Consulting Group, Inc. shall pay all invoices submitted by RM Hoefs within 30 days <br />of receipt. The appraisals will be completed in increments based on property type. Fees <br />will be billed as appraisal increments are submitted. All appraisal submissions are <br />subject to revisions and amendments if additional data become available additions and <br />deductions pursuant to authorized change orders. <br /> <br />General Provisions <br />The following general provisions apply: <br /> <br />1. All work shall be completed in a workman-like manner and in compliance with all <br />building codes and other applicable laws, <br />2. SRF shall furnish certified plans and specifications of the project to RM Hoefs & <br />Associates, Inc, showing the shape, size dimensions and legal description of <br />each taking. A title report shall be submitted to the appraiser for each project <br />parcel. <br />3. All appraisal work shall be submitted under the cover of RM Hoefs & Associates, <br />Inc. and performed by individuals duly licensed and authorized by law to perform <br />said work. <br />4. When required, RM Hoefs & Associates, Inc, may engage, at its discretion, <br />subcontractors to provided cost to cure estimates. RM Hoefs & Associates, Inc. <br />shall pay subcontractors and submit said payment receipts to SRF for <br />reimbursement. <br />5. All change orders shall be in writing and signed by both SRF and RM HOEFS & <br />ASSOCIATES, INC. They shall be incorporated in, and become a part of the <br />contract. <br />6, In addition to a signed contract, SRF shall provide a letter of engagement, which <br />will be placed in the addenda of each appraisal report. <br /> <br />Insurance <br />RM Hoefs & Associates, Inc, represents that it has in effect an errors and omission <br />insurance policy as will protect RM Hoefs & Associates, Inc. from claims for loss or injury <br />which may arise out of or result from the preparation of the appraisal reports and basic <br />data book and any other reports as required by this project. <br /> <br />RM Hoefs & Associates, Inc. also has in effect a business insurance policy that will <br />protect RM Hoefs & Associates, Inc. from claims for loss or injury for this project, which <br />might arise out of or result from on - site visits by appraisers representing RM Hoefs & <br />Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please free to call, A hard copy will follow. <br /> <br />Rose M.
